By buying Jaz' Magic Art Collection you are agreeing and understand that:

  • Upon purchase, permission is granted for the images to be used ONLY for the purchaser's projects.
  • Reselling or distributing any portion of the collection, any content or images, without written permission is prohibited by law.
  • Once down loaded or received via email there is no refund.
  • Delivery of Jaz' Magic Art Collection could possibly be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

For orders received via PayPal or ClickBank I normally send orders within 48 hours after receiving receipts payment notice.

Orders received via snail mail are normally sent within 48 hours after checks have been deemed valid.
